1. Shipping & Fulfillment

• Shipping Fee: We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $8.00 for all orders within the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.

• Processing Time: In-stock items are processed and shipped within 2 business days.

• Custom Orders: Timelines for custom items are dependent on the specific requirements of the item and will be communicated at the time of order.

• Risk of Loss: All items purchased from Figity Bits LLC are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

2. Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the handcrafted and small-batch nature of our products, all sales are final.

• Errors: If we screwed up (e.g., wrong item sent or a significant manufacturing defect), please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to provide a replacement or a refund at our discretion.

3. Product Safety & Material Disclosure (Ages 14+)

All Figity Bits products are designed, marketed, and intended for use by persons aged 14 and up. * Not a Toy: Our products are intended for adult sensory seeking and desk use only. They are not intended for children.

• Choking Hazard: Items may contain small parts or articulated joints that can pose a choking hazard if detached. Keep out of reach of children and pets.

• Inherent Fragility: 3D-printed products are built layer-by-layer and are inherently more fragile than mass-produced plastics. They are subject to breakage, splintering, and snapping if dropped or handled roughly.

• Assumption of Risk: By purchasing, you acknowledge the nature of 3D-printed materials and assume all risks associated with their use and potential breakage.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, Figity Bits LLC and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on this website, including but not limited to original characters (Phineas Fig), proprietary 3D coordinates, and story content. All intellectual property rights are reserved.

You must not:

• Copy or republish material from Figity Bits.

• Sell, rent, or sub-license material from Figity Bits.

• Reproduce, duplicate, or copy material from Figity Bits for commercial purposes.
